• -   weekly change of sheets
• -   final cleaning
       for clean-swept handover: including cleaning of the cooking area,
       washing and stowing away of crockery, disposal of all remaining food
       and all waste as well as
       sweeping of all rooms. Otherwise we charger € 80.-

• -   breakfast buffet in the hotel € 6,50 per person /day
• -   3-course meal of your choice in the hotel € 18,50 per person /day
• -   pets € 5,00 /day

Our apartments are non-smoking.

For booking over 4 months we will charge a deposit of 1 month' rent.
